As we all know, finding a seminar room in French-speaking Switzerland isn't always easy. We often find venues that are too narrow, too rigid, or that don't really correspond to the way we want to organize our day.
Set-up tailored to your program
At Payerneland, rooms are set up naturally, according to your program and the way you want to organize your day. Seminars, presentations, workshops, exhibitions or cocktail parties: the groups who come to us often alternate between several formats, and we adapt the space to ensure that everything runs smoothly.
Before your arrival, the room is prepared according to your wishes. Your seminar starts at 10am? We'll prepare the welcome coffee at 9am. If the configuration needs to change between morning and afternoon, we adapt it during a break. And when something unexpected happens, we discreetly adjust the space so you can get on with your day.
Here are some possible configurations:
U-shaped layout to promote exchanges
Theater format for plenary sessions or presentations
Separate tables for group work
Workshops organized in the same room or in several spaces
Dedicated exhibition space to present your projectsÂ
Would you like to display large products? Our wide doors make it easy to fit out our infrastructures, as here to present vehicles to guests with ease.
An available, responsive technical team
Technology should never be a source of stress on the day of your seminar. That's why a member of our team is on hand to support you: launch a presentation, adjust the sound, check a connection - it's all taken care of!

- Screen management
- The beamer

Your seminar in French-speaking Switzerland and everything you can organize around it
Our facilities can host a wide variety of events throughout the year. At Payerneland, you can organize a meeting, a support meal, an associative event or training courses.
We regularly receive :
companies for their presentations, launches or training courses,
professional networks that meet on a monthly basis,
organizations and communities for their meetings,
loyal groups who return every year for their in-house event.
Some events require more space or special facilities. This is particularly true for exhibitions of cars, models or works of art. The Arena, with its wide side accesses, makes it easy to install bulky equipment, making these events simple to organize.
Last but not least, our rooms offer great freedom of layout. You can create several workshops in the same space, alternate different atmospheres throughout the day, or combine several formats in a single event.
