1. Object
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the sale of gift vouchers through the online store operated by Payerneland (the company Karting Indoor Attractions SA).
Any order placed on the website implies the customer's full and complete acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions.

3. Products and Services
The online store allows the purchase of electronic gift vouchers valid for the services offered by Payerneland, including:
- Karting
- Payerneland Adventure
- Laurapark
- Restaurant
The descriptions and visuals presented on the website are provided for illustrative purposes only.
4. Price
Prices are listed in Swiss francs (CHF) and include applicable VAT.
Payerneland reserves the right to change its prices at any time.
The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of the order.
5. Ordering Process
The ordering process includes the following steps:
- Choosing the right gift
- add to cart
- customer information entry
- order validation
- secure payment
- Order confirmation email
The order is considered final after payment confirmation.
The following information must be provided: first name, last name, street and number, postal code, and city.
Karting Indoor Attractions SA reserves the right to cancel an order in case of:
- non-payment
- Incorrect or insufficient information
- suspicion of fraud
6. Payment Methods
Payments are made through secure payment solutions.
Payment methods may include:
- Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)
Transactions are processed through a secure platform.
Karting Indoor Attractions SA does not retain any complete bank card data.
7. Transaction Security
To prevent fraud, some orders may be subject to additional checks.
Karting Indoor Attractions SA reserves the right to cancel or suspend any suspicious order.
8. Gift Certificate Delivery
Gift certificates are issued in electronic form only.
After payment confirmation, the gift voucher is sent by email as a PDF file to the address provided by the customer.
The client is responsible for the accuracy of the email address provided.
9. Gift Certificate Validity
Gift certificates do not have an expiration date.
They can be used at any time for the services offered by Payerneland, subject to availability.
10. Terms of Use
Gift certificates
- must be presented when used
- is valid only for services offered by Payerneland
- are not convertible to cash
If the value of the voucher is less than the amount of the chosen service, the difference will be payable by the customer.
11. Adaptation of services and prices
Gift certificates correspond to a monetary value at the time of their purchase.
Rates may change over time.
If the price of the chosen service exceeds the value of the voucher, the customer will have to pay the difference.
If the credit exceeds the price of the service, the balance can be used for other services.
12. Right of withdrawal and refund
Gift certificates purchased online are neither refundable nor exchangeable, except in the event of an error attributable to Payerneland.
13. Loss or theft
Gift certificates are considered securities.
In case of loss, theft, or fraudulent use, no replacement or refund will be issued.
14. Activity Availability
Activities may be subject to restrictions independent of Payerneland, including:
- weather conditions
- security reasons
- maintenance technique
- private events or special events
- Limited capacity
Payerneland may postpone, adapt, or refuse access to certain activities.
Gift certificates remain valid later.
15. Responsibility
Karting Indoor Attractions SA will not be held liable for damages resulting from:
- from misuse of gift certificates
- disregard for safety regulations
- of a force majeure event
- of a temporary unavailability of an activity
16. Data Protection
Personal data is used only for:
- order processing
- payment management
- Customer relationship
The processing complies with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP).
17. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These General Terms and Conditions are subject to Swiss law.
In case of dispute, the competent courts are those of the canton of the company's headquarters (Payerne, Vaud), unless otherwise provided by law.
18. Reservations
Some activities require prior reservation.
Possessing a gift card does not guarantee immediate access.
Services are provided subject to availability.
19. Denial of Access
Payerneland may deny access to anyone:
- not following the safety rules
- behaving inappropriately
- under the influence of alcohol or substances
- Ignoring staff instructions
- posing a risk to themselves or others
No refunds will be granted.
20. Business Interruption
For security or operational reasons, Payerneland may interrupt an activity in case of:
- Adverse weather conditions
- Technical incident
- security issue
- dangerous behavior
No compensation will be payable.
21. Force majeure
Karting Indoor Attractions SA will not be held responsible in case of force majeure, such as:
- natural disasters
- fires
- Major technical failures
- decisions of the authorities
- strikes
- pandemic
22. Modification of general terms and conditions
Karting Indoor Attractions SA reserves the right to modify these T&Cs at any time.
The applicable terms and conditions are those in effect at the time of your order.
