Seminar in the Swiss Romandy
room, technique and meals in the same place.
Three modular rooms, a technician present on site, a kitchen that prepares your breaks and your meal, a free parking five minutes from the motorway. Whether you are hosting a workshop, a meeting, a general assembly, a training session or an incentive event, you run your program and we take care of the rest.

Typical workflow — a day of seminars
An example of a program for one day. Everything takes place on the same site: no travel between the classroom, the meal, and the activity. We schedule the activities in your calendar.

Your seminar rooms
Three modular rooms, prepared before your arrival according to the format you indicate to us. If the configuration needs to change between morning and afternoon, we modify it during the break.
Zermatt Hall
The classic seminar format, reconfigurable during a break.
Modular and equipped with a screen, the Zermatt room covers most of the seminars, workshops, and meetings. The setup is made before your arrival, according to the format you indicate to us. If the configuration needs to change between the morning and afternoon, we modify it during the break — you don’t have to move anything.
Seminar at 10 a.m.? The welcome coffee is ready at 9 a.m.
Payerneland Arena
Assemblies, launches and exhibitions for up to 300 people.
The Arena is our largest space: general meetings, plenary presentations, product launches. A mezzanine allows us to organize the aperitif upstairs before descending for the meal.
Its large side doors change what can be done there: cars, machines, models, or works of art can be directly brought into the room. We have already installed vehicles there for a customer presentation.
The Veranda
The intimate format, where you work and where you eat in the same place.
Light and open to the outside, the veranda is suitable for committee meetings, management days, and small-group seminars. A display screen can be installed for a workshop or presentation.
It is also the space chosen by groups who want to continue their activities without changing rooms: the morning session, the lunch or the evening dinner on site at noon. In summer, the adjacent terrace extends the break outside.

Extend your seminar with an activity
Three activities on the same site, each lasting about two hours. They take place at the end of the day, after the session, without any travel or change of location. Room rental is offered when you combine a seminar, meal, and activity.
Karting on a privatized track
Adrenaline and laughter guaranteed, with no physical prerequisites required.
Your teams compete on a track reserved for your own group. Karting requires no particular physical skill: the 55-year-old sales representative and the 22-year-old trainee start off on equal terms. This makes it a bonding activity rather than a performance activity.
Karts 270 cm³, speeds up to 70 km/h, on the 900-meter indoor track — the longest in Europe. 1,050-meter outdoor circuit available on request.
Payerneland Tower
A vertical challenge of 20 meters, where everyone chooses their own level.
Five levels of athletic obstacles, with several different difficulty levels at each level. And above all: a main staircase allows you to skip the levels you don’t want to do.
That’s what makes the activity usable with an entire team. No one is forced to do everything; no one stands on the sidelines watching. Everyone takes their own share of responsibility and the group reaches the top together.
On the 5th floor, an aperitif with panoramic views of Payerne. And to get back down, a giant slide from the top floor.
Indoor mini-golf
An 18-hole course, where the ability to hit the ball counts more than physical condition.
The course has 18 holes, fully covered and heated. It is played all year round, without depending on the weather or any external factors.
The players advance in small groups of three or four, which allows for part of the team to rotate while the other one races in a go-kart. The activity is played at all ages and requires no physical prerequisites, making it usable with an entire group.
