Price<\/h2><p>Prices are listed in Swiss francs (CHF) and include applicable VAT.<br \/>Payerneland reserves the right to change its prices at any time.<br \/>The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of the order.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><hr \/><h2>5. Ordering Process<\/h2><p>The ordering process includes the following steps:<\/p><ol><li>Choosing the right gift<\/li><li>add to cart<\/li><li>customer information entry<\/li><li>order validation<\/li><li>secure payment<\/li><li>Order confirmation email<\/li><\/ol><p>The order is considered final after payment confirmation.<br \/>The following information must be provided: first name, last name, street and number, postal code, and city.<\/p><p>Karting Indoor Attractions SA reserves the right to cancel an order in case of:<\/p><ul><li>non-payment<\/li><li>Incorrect or insufficient information<\/li><li>suspicion of fraud<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><hr \/><h2>6. Payment Methods<\/h2><p>Payments are made through secure payment solutions.<br \/>Payment methods may include:<\/p><ul><li>Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)<\/li><\/ul><p>Transactions are processed through a secure platform.<br \/>Karting Indoor Attractions SA does not retain any complete bank card data.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><hr \/><h2>7. Gift Certificate Delivery<\/h2><p>Gift certificates are issued in electronic form only.<br \/>After payment confirmation, the gift voucher is sent by email as a PDF file to the address provided by the customer.<br \/>The client is responsible for the accuracy of the email address provided.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><hr \/><h2>9. Gift Certificate Validity<\/h2><p>Gift certificates do not have an expiration date.<br \/>They can be used at any time for the services offered by Payerneland, subject to availability.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><hr \/><h2>10. Terms of Use<\/h2><p>Gift certificates<\/p><ul><li>must be presented when used<\/li><li>is valid only for services offered by Payerneland<\/li><li>are not convertible to cash<\/li><\/ul><p>If the value of the voucher is less than the amount of the chosen service, the difference will be payable by the customer.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><hr \/><h2>11. Adaptation of services and prices<\/h2><p>Gift certificates correspond to a monetary value at the time of their purchase.<br \/>Rates may change over time.<\/p><p>If the price of the chosen service exceeds the value of the voucher, the customer will have to pay the difference.<br \/>If the credit exceeds the price of the service, the balance can be used for other services.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><hr \/><h2>12. Right of withdrawal and refund<\/h2><p>Gift certificates purchased online are neither refundable nor exchangeable, except in the event of an error attributable to Payerneland.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><hr \/><h2>13. Loss or theft<\/h2><p>Gift certificates are considered securities.<br \/>In case of loss, theft, or fraudulent use, no replacement or refund will be issued.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><hr \/><h2>14. Activity Availability<\/h2><p>Activities may be subject to restrictions independent of Payerneland, including:<\/p><ul><li>weather conditions<\/li><li>security reasons<\/li><li>maintenance technique<\/li><li>private events or special events<\/li><li>Limited capacity<\/li><\/ul><p>Payerneland may postpone, adapt, or refuse access to certain activities.<br \/>Gift certificates remain valid later.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><hr \/><h2>15. Responsibility<\/h2><p>Karting Indoor Attractions SA will not be held liable for damages resulting from:<\/p><ul><li>from misuse of gift certificates<\/li><li>disregard for safety regulations<\/li><li>of a force majeure event<\/li><li>of a temporary unavailability of an activity<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><hr \/><h2>16. Data Protection<\/h2><p>Personal data is used only for:<\/p><ul><li>order processing<\/li><li>payment management<\/li><li>Customer relationship<\/li><\/ul><p>The processing complies with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP).<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><hr \/><h2>17. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction<\/h2><p>These General Terms and Conditions are subject to Swiss law.<br \/>In case of dispute, the competent courts are those of the canton of the company's headquarters (Payerne, Vaud), unless otherwise provided by law.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><hr \/><h2>18.
